As your personal trainer I will motivate and guide you to train towards your physical fitness goals, which could include losing weight, building muscle, increasing core strength, or improving cardiovascular fitness.
My services include but are not limited to:
- Strength training, Cardio, Kickboxing, Yoga and Nutrition
- Consulting with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
- Creating comprehensive workout and nutrition plans for clients.
- Motivating and guiding clients during their training sessions.
- Ensuring clients train safely with proper form and technique.
- Leading regular one-on-one workout classes
- Using in-depth knowledge to answer clients' questions.
- Providing clients with regular feedback and accountability on their progress.
- Teach clients healthy habits and the importance of good nutrition
- Beginner Yoga: This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come have fun, learn, and perhaps even work up a sweat in a welcoming setting. Everyone is invited.
Personalized Training Plan
By creating a personalized fitness plan, I ensure that it is designed based on the client’s initial and very specific goals. These goals can include objectives such as nutrition, building strength, flexibility, endurance, mobility, injury recovery, as well as … once an individual’s motives for their training program are determined, the appropriate strategies in terms of workout progressions can be planned and executed to accomplish these personal athletic and fitness goals.
Each plan will be tailored to the clients specific goals which will incorporate information about the clients lifestyle and current movement capacity. My goal is to help the client see results, feel results and see progress along their personal continuum of performance.
Yoga
As a Yoga Instructor I work with students who have different physical needs, desires, and goals. I will teach you how to perform various stretching poses, practice mediation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing. You will also be provided with your own personal program that meets your needs and have my guidance and support to help you achieve your goals every step of the way.
Strength and Conditioning
In a Strength and Conditioning class I will teach you how to apply the principles of metabolism, body mechanics, and anatomy to help athletes of any level reach their optimal performance as well as develop personalized fitness programs intended to increase endurance, strength, power, and speed. I will establish and maintain a strength and conditioning program for any sport with the three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.
Kickboxing Classes
Whether you're a beginniner or just an avid kickboxer and would like to amp up your workout routine I can help you develop your technique, strength, and endurance. I will create effective workout routines, teach proper form and technique, provide motivation and support, design class sequences for clients of all levels and communicate the benefits of kickboxing.
Monthly Zoom Workout Program (3 times per week)
No gym, no problem. If you are unable to make the workout in person, I do have the option for you to join me via zoom to workout in the comfort of your own home. Here are some benefits:

- Flexibility: Remote workouts offer more flexibility in when and where you can exercise.
