I have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. My main passion was a desire to help others with their health and fitness goals, it is what makes me excited to work with clients; motivate them, encourage them, and challenge them. I took an interest in this field during COVID and decided on taking that first step and get certified. After getting certified as personal trainer I learned that in order to see results you need to prioritize your nutrition, so I got certified as Nutritionist as well. While earning my certifications I began working on myself both physically and mentally and started strength training and kickboxing. I have been kickboxing for a little over 4 years now and earned my certification as a Kickboxing instructor as well. In addition, I am also a certified Yoga instructor and look forward to teaching students how to perform various Asanas (poses), practice meditation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing. More recently, I got my certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.
